Getting started

What is 411 Scenepacks?

411 Scenepacks is a scenepack library and editing community built around finding, browsing, and downloading organized footage for edits. It is designed for editors who want a faster way to find usable scenepacks.

Do I need an account?

You can browse parts of the site without an account, but downloads, dashboard features, account history, premium access, and role-based tools work best after you sign in with Google, email, or Discord.

Can a normal account upload or post?

No. Accounts can be created and used for access, but uploading, requests, competition entries, and public/community engagement require the right role, approval, or feature access.

Accounts and login

How do I log in?

Open Sign In from the user menu. You can continue with Google, email (we send a one-time sign-in link), or Discord. Pick whichever method you prefer.

Why does my name show as Guest?

Guest means the page is rendering without a logged-in user session. Open the user menu and sign in again if you expected to be logged in.

Downloads

How do downloads work?

Open a scenepack, use the download action, and follow any interstitial steps shown before the file link opens. Some packs may show a short video gate before the download becomes available.

Why did I hit a daily limit?

Free and premium accounts can have different daily download caps. Limits help keep hosting and bandwidth stable. The page will tell you when the limit resets.

Where can I see previous downloads?

Signed-in users can use Download History to revisit recent downloads and keep track of what they have used.

Subscriptions

What is 411 Plus?

411 Plus is our editor-focused subscription for a smoother browsing and download experience—higher limits, fewer gates, and workflow perks such as bookmarks and scenepack requests. See the Pricing page for the current feature list.

What is 411 Pro?

411 Pro includes everything in 411 Plus. It is the tier we intend for compute-intensive features—tools that run heavier processing on our servers, such as Quick Scenes—as those capabilities grow. Perks and limits may change as the site evolves.

How do subscriptions and billing work?

411 Plus and 411 Pro are available from the Pricing page. Payments are handled through Stripe when enabled. If you have billing trouble, use the account panel or contact support with your username and the email used at checkout.

Store

What is in the Essential Editing Pack?

The pack includes twelve color corrections for After Effects 2023 and 2026+, Topaz upscale settings, Twixtor settings, shakes, zooms, blurs, glitches, text effects, panning, twitches, and styling presets. See the exact file list on the Store page.

Do I need plugins?

Some presets require common After Effects plugins. Check the Required plugins dropdown on the Store page before buying or using the pack.

Where do I preview pack contents?

The Store page includes preview sections for colorings/CCs and Topaz examples.

Creators and uploads

How do I become a creator?

Creator access is approved manually. Use the creator application links on the Contact page when applications are open, or ask staff in the Discord if you are unsure.

Can I request fixes?

Use the available request or contact flow. Include the origin title, IMDb/TMDB ID if you have it, and a short explanation of what is wrong.

Still need help?

Send enough context for someone to reproduce the issue: your username or email, how you signed in (Google, email, or Discord), the page URL, what you clicked, and any error text you saw.
