Terms of use

By accessing scenepacks.com, creating an account, downloading content, entering competitions, or using any related 411 Scenepacks service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You may create and use an account to browse, manage access, and use account-only features made available to you.
• Features may have their own requirements. Creator uploads, staff tools, private dashboards, and restricted workflows require the appropriate role, approval, or account access.
• Some features depend on third-party services we do not control, and may have their own terms, such as TikTok Optimizer.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share private links, impersonate people, evade moderation, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to run accounts, downloads, uploads, moderation, payments, referrals, competitions, support, and abuse prevention.

Information we may process

This can include sign-in identity from the method you use—Discord account details, Google account details, and/or your email address for magic-link sign-in—along with username, avatar, roles, login state, profile settings, download history, upload activity, competition entries, moderation records, request activity, support messages, security logs, technical request data, and payment or subscription status from Stripe. Full card numbers, CVCs, and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by 411 Scenepacks.

IP and anti-abuse logging

We log IP addresses and related technical signals such as user agent, request path, timestamps, session or cookie identifiers, rate-limit events, and Cloudflare/request identifiers. For users who are not signed in, these signals may be used to rate limit requests, detect abuse, prevent spam, protect downloads, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated third-party use.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and operate the service: remembering sessions, showing dashboards, enforcing account permissions, preventing spam or fraud, handling support, processing creator applications, reviewing copyright notices, recording purchases, and keeping the platform stable. We may share limited information with service providers that process it for us, such as hosting, security, email, Cloudflare, and Stripe, or when required for legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute handling.

Upgrade events

When you are signed in, we record a small set of first-party events linked to your account: viewing pricing, choosing an upgrade, and completing sign-in or signup. Each record contains only the event type, the page area it came from, the plan involved, your account identifier, a random event identifier used to avoid duplicates, and timestamps. We do not record these events for visitors who are not signed in, and we do not use cookies or device identifiers for them. We aim to delete these records about 90 days after they are created; deletion runs periodically, so some may be kept a little longer. We use them only for private, aggregate analysis of how sign-ups and upgrades work. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or send them to external analytics or AI services.

Community policy

411 is a community for editors, creators, and viewers. Keep it direct, useful, and respectful.

Public features such as competitions, requests, and account features may be used when the site makes them available to your account. Creator uploads, creator tools, staff tools, and other restricted workflows require the appropriate role or approval.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, spam, scams, fake giveaways, impersonation, artificial engagement, coordinated attacks, piracy encouragement, and ban evasion are not allowed anywhere on the service.

Moderation can include warnings, content removal, hidden listings, revoked creator access, download restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans. The goal is not to make the site stiff; it is to keep it usable for the people who are here to edit and share responsibly.

Competition rules

Competitions are intended to be fair, creative, and easy to judge. Specific event pages may add extra rules, deadlines, prizes, or judging criteria.

Entries should be your own edit or submitted with clear permission from the creator. Stolen edits, impersonation, manipulated votes, fake engagement, hateful material, explicit material, or anything that creates legal or safety issues may be removed or disqualified.

Deadlines, eligibility, categories, prizes, tie-breaks, and judging details are controlled by the competition page or staff announcement unless stated otherwise.

Creators, uploads, and referrals

Creator tools and referral programs are available only to approved users. Approval can be changed or removed if the account is inactive, abusive, misleading, or in conflict with site rules.

Only approved or role-enabled users may upload, submit creator content, or participate in creator/community workflows. Creators are responsible for upload accuracy, safety, titles, categories, metadata, and source choices.

Uploads may be edited, hidden, removed, re-categorized, or reviewed for quality, safety, copyright, or policy reasons. Referral, payout, or promotional access must not be gamed through fake accounts, misleading links, or self-dealing.

Purchases, subscriptions, and downloads

Paid products, 411 Plus access, downloads, and store items are provided digitally. Access may depend on account status, payment status, rate limits, third-party services, and site availability.

Payments are processed only by Stripe. Checkout is handled through Stripe, and Stripe collects and processes billing details such as card information, billing address, and payment authentication. 411 Scenepacks stores purchase records, product access, account identifiers, Stripe payment identifiers, and payment or subscription status, but we do not store full card numbers, CVCs, or bank credentials.

When an introductory trial is offered, eligible first-time subscribers may use one 14-day free trial on either 411 Plus or 411 Pro. Trial availability may change or be withdrawn before checkout, and eligibility is shared across both paid plans. A payment method is required. Stripe Checkout displays the selected plan, price, billing cadence, and trial terms before enrollment. Unless canceled before the displayed trial end, the subscription converts to paid access, the payment method is charged at the price shown, and the subscription continues to renew at the selected cadence until canceled.

You can cancel from the account billing panel. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial ends. Disabling future trial offers does not end a trial that has already started. Trial access may be withheld or revoked when trial, payment, or account abuse is detected.

Separately, a signup link may offer three free days of 411 Plus. A new account created from that link gets 411 Plus for 72 hours from signup. It needs no payment method, never starts a subscription or charge, and does not apply to existing accounts. It is limited to one account per device: after it is given, we keep a cookie in that browser for about 13 months and a one-way hash of its IP address and user agent for 30 days, and either one makes the offer unavailable on that device. We may stop the offer at any time, but access already given lasts until it ends. Paid subscriptions bought through Stripe Checkout keep the billing and renewal terms above.

Digital downloads and subscriptions may be limited, changed, removed, or paused for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, payment issues, or legal reasons.

Do not resell, redistribute, leak, repackage, or claim ownership over store files, presets, download links, private pages, or creator-only resources. Refunds, if offered, are handled case by case unless a specific store page or applicable law says otherwise.

Fair use & unlimited access

411 Plus and 411 Pro include unlimited access to downloads and premium editing tools for normal personal editing workflows.

To keep 411 fast and reliable for everyone, we may temporarily limit or review activity that appears abusive, automated, or outside normal use.

Examples may include:

• Downloading or attempting to mirror large parts of the 411 library
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to bulk-download content
• Running many processing jobs at once in a way that affects service stability
• Sharing, reselling, or pooling one account across multiple users
• Circumventing rate limits, queues, or access controls

If your usage is limited and you believe it was a mistake, contact support and we’ll review it.

TikTok Optimizer

TikTok Optimizer is a tool included with 411 Plus and 411 Pro, with a small free trial for signed-in accounts. It changes how a video file is packaged to make it more likely that TikTok keeps the video’s original quality. It does not edit the picture or sound.

• No guaranteed results. TikTok is a third-party service we do not control, and it can change how it processes uploads at any time, without notice. Results can vary by video, device, app version, upload method, account, and region. We do not promise that TikTok will skip recompression, keep a video’s resolution, frame rate, or quality, or accept, post, or recommend an optimized video.
• Provided as is. The tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may stop working, work for only some videos, or be changed, limited, paused, or removed at any time.
• No refunds for results. TikTok Optimizer is one feature of a paid plan. If it doesn’t work for a video, or stops working because TikTok changes its systems, that is not grounds for a refund, credit, or chargeback, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Your uploads and your account. You choose whether to post an optimized file and are responsible for what you upload and for following TikTok’s terms and community guidelines. We are not responsible for anything TikTok does with your videos or your account, including reduced quality, removals, reach, or account restrictions. Keep your original file.
• Limited liability. To the extent the law allows, 411 Media Group LLC and its members, officers, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost views, followers, or income, arising from using TikTok Optimizer or from it being unavailable.

TikTok Optimizer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. If you report whether an optimized video worked, we keep your report and any TikTok link or note you add so we can improve the tool.

DMCA and copyright notices

Before you submit

Before submitting a DMCA notice or initiating legal action, we strongly encourage consultation with your client company's marketing team. Permitting the proxy distribution of modified works by our users may align with their interests by enhancing creative engagement with their content.

Our goal

Scenepacks.com is a non-commercial platform that does not generate income or profit. All operational resources are deposited into a dedicated account used exclusively to cover hosting and infrastructure costs.

We explicitly do not condone piracy. This platform is designed solely to facilitate the creative editing of movies and television shows. Shared footage is strictly limited to less than 50% of the original source material, substantially modified, and intended exclusively for video editors engaged in creative editing projects.

Notice requirements

To comply with DMCA standards and ensure your request is processed, your notice must include the following information:

• Identity of the correspondent. You must be (a) the owner of the copyrighted work(s), or (b) a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Contact information. Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of copyrighted work. Sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
• Identification of infringing material. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
• Location of the material. The exact location (URL) of the material on the web in a manner that allows us to locate it.
• Statement of good faith. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
• Verification of authority. Documentation verifying your authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner, including (a) a copy of your valid government-issued identification and (b) a notarized power of attorney confirming your authority to represent the copyright owner in this matter.
• Accuracy and signature. A statement affirming that the information in the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature under penalty of perjury.

If your notice complies with the requirements above, send it to our designated agent. We aim to process valid requests within 24-48 hours.

Scenepacks.com does not control third-party websites. We cannot remove specific links hosted on domains outside our control.

TikTok Optimizer extension privacy policy

This section covers the 411 TikTok Optimizer browser extension, operated by 411 Media Group LLC, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States (“411”, “we”). The extension does one thing: when you upload a video in TikTok Studio on the web, it runs TikTok Optimizer on that video using your 411 Scenepacks account. The website privacy policy above also applies to your account.

Information the extension processes

• The videos you upload in TikTok Studio: when you pick or drop a video on TikTok Studio’s upload page, the extension reads the file on your computer. It sends 411 only the file name, the file size, and the video’s technical metadata (such as its track layout, timing, and frame index). The picture and sound never leave your computer. If a video needs converting, that also happens on your computer. 411 sends back new metadata, and the extension builds the optimized file on your computer and gives it to TikTok.
• Your 411 account: the extension uses your existing scenepacks.com sign-in, which your browser sends to scenepacks.com. It receives your username, plan, remaining TikTok Optimizer videos, and a security token for its requests. It never sees your password, and it does not read or send your TikTok account details.
• Your TikTok post: when you post a video you uploaded through the extension, the extension checks TikTok Studio’s post request in your browser. If the only edit is a TikTok sound at 5% volume or less, it changes that request so TikTok keeps your optimized video. It also reads the video’s length on your computer for this check. None of this is sent to 411.
• Settings: whether the extension is switched on is stored in your browser.

The extension does not collect your browsing history, track what you do on TikTok or other sites, read your messages, or use analytics or advertising tools. It only runs on tiktok.com and only talks to scenepacks.com.

How we use and keep it

We use this information only to optimize your videos, count them against your plan’s limit, show your TikTok Optimizer history, and prevent abuse. Each optimized video is recorded with your account (file name, file sizes, and time), the same as videos optimized on the website, and kept as part of your account history until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. Requests are also covered by the IP and anti-abuse logging described above. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising or creditworthiness, or share it with anyone except the service providers that host and protect the service, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can switch the extension off from its toolbar button or remove it at any time; removing it deletes its settings from your browser. To access or delete your information, use the contact page or email [email protected]. The extension is not intended for children under 13.

Discord bot privacy policy

This section covers 411 Bot, a Discord application operated by 411 Media Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States (“411”, “we”). The bot runs only in Discord servers operated by 411, including the 411 Editing — Scenepacks.com server, and is not offered as a public bot. It is separate from the website notice above, which covers scenepacks.com.

Information the bot processes

• Account details: your Discord user ID, username, roles, and server join date, used for moderation, welcome and leave messages, giveaways, and role restoration if you return to a server.
• Message content: text in channels the bot can read, used for commands, moderator edit and delete logs, support-ticket transcripts, quoting messages, and indexing audio-forum posts so they are searchable. Attached images may be checked against known scam images by comparing image fingerprints.
• Support tickets: messages in a ticket are saved as a transcript, which moderators can read.
• Activity records: leveling points and levels, giveaway entries and winners, audio-forum reactions, moderation actions, boost events, and commands you run.
• AI assistant: when you mention the assistant or reply to one of its messages, your message and recent conversation context, along with reminders you ask it to create, are processed to generate a reply and stored to keep the conversation going.
• Linked accounts: if your Discord account is linked to a 411 Scenepacks account, the bot can check your membership status and apply a Discord server boost to your account.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use this information to run and secure our communities: moderation, abuse and scam prevention, support, giveaways, leveling, and the features you choose to use. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the community and, for features you choose to use such as the AI assistant, on providing what you asked for. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use message content to train AI models.

Who receives it

Message text sent to the AI assistant is processed by OpenAI through its API to generate replies. Discord itself hosts the messages the bot reads. Moderators and administrators of our servers can see moderation logs and ticket transcripts. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our users and servers.

Storage, retention, and transfers

Bot data is stored on our own servers in the United States. AI conversation context is kept for 30 days, assistant usage records for 90 days, and audio-forum reaction history for up to 366 days. Operational logs are not kept long term. Other records, such as levels, saved roles, ticket transcripts, giveaway records, and moderation history, are kept for as long as they are needed to run our servers and enforce server rules, and are deleted when you ask, except where we need to keep a record to prevent ban evasion or comply with the law. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and by our service providers, as permitted by applicable law.

Your rights and choices

You can stop the collection by leaving the server, and you can opt out of having your message content stored by contacting us, after which we will delete the message-content data we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to confirm your Discord account before we act. The bot is not intended for anyone under Discord’s minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Discord bot terms of service

These terms are between you and 411 Media Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“411”), and apply when you use 411 Bot in our Discord servers. By using the bot you agree to these terms, to the Discord Terms of Service, and to the server rules. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

• Acceptable use. Do not abuse, spam, overload, exploit, or try to bypass the bot’s limits, cooldowns, permissions, or moderation, and do not use it to harass others, infringe rights, or break the law.
• Your content. You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to process it as needed to run the bot’s features, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you send, and we may remove content and keep records of misuse.
• AI assistant. Replies can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, or financial advice, and do not share secrets or sensitive personal information with it.
• Our discretion. Moderation actions, levels, giveaways, and other features run at the discretion of server staff. We may change, limit, or remove any feature, and may suspend or block anyone from using the bot at any time, including for breaking these terms. To appeal, contact us.
• No warranty; limited liability. The bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or guaranteed availability. To the extent the law allows, 411 and its members, officers, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss caused by using the bot or by it being unavailable.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where your local law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
• Changes and severability. We may update these terms by changing the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept them. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
